  • Ensure smooth, high-quality function operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous F&B experience in high-end hotels or function venues
  • Friendly, positive and energetic disposition with exceptional presentation standards
  • Experience in Function/banquet service (3-plate carry/5-plate clear desirable)
  • Knowledge of wine and beverage offering
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise service and work under pressure
  • NSW RSA Certificate and working rights in Australia.
